1. The pizza here is good - toppings = fresh, sauce = yum, and it's usually served very quickly and with a smile. Just know this: ONE slice is as big as your head. I'm not even kidding. If you're wanting lunch, just go for the single slice option - it's nearly a quarter of a pie. And, that one slice is only gonna put you out around $3-$4 - maybe $5, if you add a soda. And that's exactly why this place is, hands down, the best bargain for your buck in the small town of Langley. Amie S. Seattle 03.19.09
2. If they delivered, our waistlines would be in serious trouble! As it is, we enjoy take out, and the occasional dinner with the family. The staff is always friendly and accommodating of our our two boys. We all love the clam pizza! Come prepared- they don't take plastic! There's an ATM inside, but you'll save on fees if you bring cash. Local checks accepted as well. Amie P. Mukilteo 04.07.11
3. If you craving pizza on the island, go to Village Pizzeria in Langley. Yum. We would picked up a pizza and salad to go, and with a bottle of red wine, it was the perfect meal for on the beach. We like the Margherita Pizza Tomatoes, Garlic, Basil on a thin Crust. Light and a favorite among the women. I notice this disappears the quickest.Another favorite is the Chicken Pesto Pizza. chicken, pesto, mozzarella on a homemade hand tossed pizza crust. More on the heavy side but satisfying with red wine. If you need a way to feed an army of friends on the island. Village Pizzeria is the way to go. Grab a pie and do the wine tour. Cheap eats and cheap tasting fees = a wonderful day. Keoni W.. Seattle 02.12.10
4. Great pizza and love the house salad dressing! Be sure to buy a bottle if you like garlic.Only downfall, they don't deliver but if you order to go it does stay nice and hot. Robert H. Edmonds 04.02.11
5. I went to Village Pizza probably half a dozen times when I lived on Whidbey last year. I'd long since given up on having a great slice of pizza--so when I took that first bite I was blown away. It's real East Coast pizza. I'm sure you can get a better slice in NYC or in Boston's North End (my home town), but this sure can hold it's own. The crust is nice and thin, the sauce just perfect, and the cheese--it's been a long time since I've had pizza with such good cheese. And yes, the slices are huge, but I always made room for two because they were so good (something I usually don't do). For the folks upset that the service isn't up to snuff (I always found it fine), that the decor wasn't to their liking, or that they only take cash --- IT"S A PIZZA JOINT!!! If you want great ambiance and service, just cross the street and be prepared to spend a lot more money on your credit card. Or, find one of the hip, trendy, atmospheric Seattle pizza places that can put on a show or an attitude, but can't come close to making pizza like Village Pizza. Barak R. Seattle 06.19.10
6. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. My boyfriend and I have made a ritual of getting off the ferry in Clinton and heading straight to Village Pizzeria. Their slices are HUGE and the pesto pizza is my favorite. I also love their house salad dressing, so glad they bottle it! Lastly, the service is great. It's always the same guys throwing the pies and filling our drinks. Can't wait to go back again...soon! Elizabeth H.. Bellevue 04.24.11
