Their historic farm, which they call The Orchard Kitchen, is located in the heart of Whidbey Island's Bayview crossroads, just 200 yards from the Bayview Farmer's Market. The bounty that is produced here is not to be believed. In addition to the best eggs anyone has ever tried from their orchard-foraging chicken herd, the row crops grown by resident farmer Blake Mennella are out of this world: cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, summer squash, the best baby salad greens anywhere, fennel, colorful baby beets, sugar snap peas, carrots and the list goes on.
